Jennifer works mainly in the areas of occupational assessment, executive coaching, recruitment, selection, succession planning and career strategy. She has over 15 years experience helping clients in these fields.   Jennifer specialises in individually designed assessment & development of senior executives.   Previously employed by national & international management consultancies to work with corporate clients, Jennifer also worked with the military.  She now works with Public and Private sector clients in Canberra.
